It is equipped with leading automatic filling production lines, aseptic production lines, NFC low-temperature cold filling lines and NFC low-temperature ultra-clean lines. An intelligent application R&D center has been established to closely coordinate with the production base. Supported by an integrated biochemical analysis laboratory, it enables efficient transformation from R&D to mass production.
The company has fully implemented the HACCP management system and successively obtained multiple authoritative certifications, including FSSC22000 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system.
We have introduced the integration of MES, WMS and ERP systems, and built an advanced multi-dimensional real-time online monitoring system. With leading timeliness and accuracy in monitoring, we outperform domestic peers.
Adopting fully automatic aseptic filling technology, the production delivers high filling speed and precision. Compared with conventional hot filling, it better preserves the natural flavor and nutrition of fruit juice.
